We believe that the Royal Mail offers the most efficient delivery service and will despatch the majority of orders by 1st Class Post with the exception of particularly heavy or bulky orders which we normally send by Courier.
We can offer an Express Next Working Day Service if your order is required Urgently. Orders of a value of £15 or more are sent Recorded Delivery.

Terms & Conditions
Whilst we make every effort to ensure information on the site is correct we reserve the right to withdraw from any transaction at any point and without reason. If you do find errors on our web site we respectfully ask you to bring these to our attention.
1. Under the distance selling regulations 2000, you, the consumer, has the right to cancel any contract of sale within 7 days of placing your order
2. If goods you order are not available for immediate delivery from stock, we can either place the item on a back order until it does become available or refund the purchase price. If a refund is requested this will be issued within 24 hours or if you wish to wait for the stock to become available, we will give you an indication of the anticipated delivery time.
3. The descriptions used on the website referring to Gold, Silver, Copper etc relate to the colour and not the actual material from which the product is made. Similarly descriptions such as Pearls, Crystals etc bear reference to the appearance rather than the actual material. We do source our range from a variety of Manufacturers and are bound by their description of colour – e.g. Ivory, Burgundy etc and cannot comment whether different products bearing the same colour description will match exactly.
4. Prices advertised on our website are correct when the page is published. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice. Any prices quoted to exclude delivery charges. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
5. Goods remain the property of Cloverdale Mice until they are paid for in full.
6. Methods of payment: We accept payments online by Credit or Debit card via World Pay or Paypal. We also accept payments by cheque or Postal Order made payable to Cloverdale Mice. We allow 5 working days for clearance of Personal Cheques.
Returns:
7. You may return any item(s) purchased within 7 days of receipt provided that they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
8. We will refund the full purchase price including delivery costs of any product returned but not the return Shipping costs.
9. We would advise that suitable proof of postage is obtained to cover you in the event that the returned item is misplaced in the postal system.
10. Refunds against cheques will not be issued until your cheque has cleared at our bank.
Customer Service:
11. We do pride ourselves in our packaging to ensure that all purchases are received in the condition that you expect. In the very rare event that damage does occur in transit we would ask that you report this to us within 24hours of receipt in order that the appropriate action may be taken.
12. If you have not received your purchases within 7 days of our confirmation of dispatch please email us. We, however, would ask that you check with your local Post Office or Sorting Office to ensure that they have not unsuccessfully tried to deliver before doing so.
13. If you have a complaint about any of the goods we offer, the services we provide or about us, you should contact our Customer Services Department by either:-
